Golden yellow in the glass, with intense aromas of ripe fruit, plums and sweet pastries, plus vanilla and a touch of citrus. It is subtle and smooth on the palate, with hints of vanilla and citrus and a lovely long aftertaste.
Enjoy it as an aperitif, in cocktails, or as an after dinner drink when there is time to savour it. The château suggests honey sweetened cottage cheese, or Gariguette strawberries with cane sugar, followed by coffee.
