Clean and elegant on the nose, with hints of wild berries and notes of rose. On the palate, fresh, harmonious and pleasantly structured — with the characteristic grip and acidity of Nebbiolo, but in a more approachable, food-friendly expression than its Barolo big brother.
Try it with first courses featuring meat sauces, slow-braised dishes, lamb, roasted poultry, or medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 18°C in a large tulip glass and give it a few minutes to open up
