Aromas of ripe strawberries and cherry lead into a dry, full-bodied palate with vibrant acidity, gentle minerality, and a harmonious, persistent finish. Cherry red in colour, this rosato is refreshing yet structured—ideal for warm days or aperitivo hour. Grapes are hand harvested in whole clusters then gently pressed, with a short 2-hour maceration on skins to extract colour and aromatics. Fermentation lasts 12–14 hours at controlled temperatures, followed by 15 days of post-fermentation maceration. Tenuta Carobbio is an historic estate in Panzano in Chianti.
