Aromas of vanilla bean, candied cherries and wine gums. The palate is complex and silky, with rich toffee, finishing long and lasting on Swiss chocolate. A rare "single blend": every whisky in it was distilled, aged separately in French and American oak, then blended under one roof in Calgary, with no additives, colouring or chill filtration. Perfectly pairs with crème brûlée, aged cheddar, salted caramel desserts and charcuterie, or enjoy it neat, over a single rock or in a Manhattan.
