Intense and perfumed aromas of lemon, lime, and green apple, with white peach, honeysuckle, and a little salty sea-spray note behind it. The palate is soft on entry, broad and flavourful, packed with fruit, and the finish goes on and on. Think lemon, ginger, green apple, and yellow plum, with acidity that carries right through to a lemon-zest finish.
Great on it’s own, otherwise pour it with any white fish or seafood, smoked fish, rice dishes, chicken, or vegetables, and serve it properly cold — 8 to 10°C.
