Ribera del Duero, Spain - 100% Tempranillo
Beginning with a cold pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel tanks for three days, it undergoes alcoholic fermentation at 22ºC over the next week. The wine then matures for six months in both French and American oak barrels, acquiring a complex bouquet. It showcases a high aromatic intensity dominated by red fruits, notably acid strawberry and cherry, intertwined with scrubland notes, resins, and the minerality and roasted nuances emblematic of its barrel aging.
