Fruity on the nose with ripe blackberry and a hint of fresh green grass. The palate is smooth with sweet, soft tannins, good intensity, and a persistent finish. Try it with pasta Bolognese, braised lamb, aged pecorino, or grilled vegetables.
Certified organic since the 2019 vintage, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and matured in vitrified cement tanks, and aged for 3 months in bottle. A minimal intervention approach that lets the fruit speak for itself.
