Aromas of elder flower and lime blossom green apple, peach and preserved lemon. The palate is soft and classy with flavours of green fruit and almond biscotti along with a pleasing briney minerality 13% abv.
Pairing Suggestions: Try it with roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, and roasted root vegetables such as carrots or parsnips. Also excellent with smoked salmon canapes and baked brie with fig jam. Otherwise creamy Italian pasta dishes such as Carbonara or creamy shrimp fettuccini would be excellent!
