Light honey colour with flecks of sunshine in glass, a symphony of tropical fruit, ripe mango, lime, minerals, and an ever so slight petrol note on the nose. Beautifully balanced of the classic steely acidity and sweetness, a bright yet textured mouth feel with a touch of residual sugar. This wine sits at 10.5% abv.

Great with Poultry, glazed hams, mashed potato, and spice-herb filled stuffing! Excellent with Asian and South Asian inspired dishes from light and delicate sushi, to spicy noodles, or a coconut curry or beef vindaloo. Soft cheeses with duck or pork patê. The incredible balance between sweetness and acidity will make you crave another sip. Delicious with Salt & Vinegar chips.
