Languedoc, France – 100 % Chardonnay
An unoaked, organic Chardonnay that starts of with aromas of lemon confit, white flowers, green apple, peach, and yuzu. Bright, fresh, and Chablis-like in character. A touch of malolactic fermentation adds a creamy texture and hints of cream that balance the bright acidity. Perfect with white fish, scallops, lemon-dill poultry, shrimp piccata, pesto pasta, fresh salads, or soft cheeses. Located along the Pyrenean foothills, its 110 ha farmed sustainably (HVE‑certified). Originally known as Domaine des Deux Roches, the estate—run by Jean‑Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray, now with Julien & Pierre‑Alexis—renamed itself “Altugnac” in 2020 after the historic village name.
