Tuscany, Italy — 95% Vermentino, 5% Viognier
Bright aromas of sun-warmed citrus and white-flower blossoms meet a mineral-tinged palate where crisp orchard fruit and subtle saline notes mingle. The clean stainless-steel vinification preserves freshness and structure, delivering a lively mouth-feel and a finish that echoes the maritime-tinged soils of the coast. Pair with lemon-herb grilled prawns, seared scallops with a parsley-almond gremolata, or a romaine and shaved fennel salad with a light citrus vinaigrette. Vines grow on sandy-clay-limestone soils and are trained on Guyot. Fermentation and ageing both take place in stainless-steel, with three months in tank followed by one month in bottle.
