Côtes de Bordeaux, France - 70% Sauvignon Blanc/ 30% Sauvignon Gris
Aromas of ripe stone fruit, gooseberry, and lemon peel. Aging with bâtonnage in vat growth on lees. Creating a creamy palate with flavours of citrus blossom, ripe yellow peach, and apricot while retaining it's bright acidity.
Pairing Suggestion: Wonderful on it's own, but also pairs nicely with seafood, sushi, fish n' chips, salads, or simply as an aperitif.
