Ribera del Duero, Castilla y León, Spain — 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino)
Dark cherry and blackberry open first, followed by vanilla, cocoa, and soft baking spice from oak aging. Hints of white pepper and gentle herbs add complexity. The palate is full and mouth-coating with ripe fruit, rounded tannins, and a creamy texture, finishing long and smooth with subtle warmth. Ideal with grilled steak, braised short ribs, lamb chops, chorizo, burgers, mushroom dishes, or aged Manchego and firm sheep cheeses. This is a comforting red that works especially well with smoky or roasted flavours.
Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented after cold maceration, then aged about 10–12 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels to soften tannins and integrate spice with fruit.
