Alta Maremma, Tuscany, Italy — Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright red cherry and ripe plum open the nose, layered with dried rose, crushed herbs and a subtle earthy undertone. The palate is medium-bodied with fresh acidity, supple tannins and a smooth, fruit-forward core supported by gentle savoury depth. A clean, polished finish keeps it versatile at the table. Pair with tomato-based pasta, wood-fired pizza with prosciutto, grilled pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, or aged cheeses with olive tapenade and rustic bread. Vineyards are planted at 6,000–8,000 vines per hectare on predominantly clay soils with varying skeletal content. Hand-harvested in 15 kg crates and aged in stainless steel to preserve clarity and freshness.
