Ribera del Duero, Spain – 100 % Tempranillo
Expressive and polished aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberry, dark cherry), toasty oak, cacao, espresso, cinnamon, and nutmeg. On the palate, it’s full-bodied yet elegant: juicy blackberry framed by smooth, velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and integrated barrel spice. Finishes long with cocoa and toffee echoes. Ideal with roast lamb, beef stews, game, cured meats, or aged Manchego. Estate-grown Tempranillo from old vines (23–90 years) at 820–860 m altitude on clay-calcareous soils. Aged 12 months in oak barrels (70 % American, 30 % French), followed by bottle aging.
