The palate is supple and well-balanced, showing juicy fruit, fine tannins, and bright acidity that keeps everything feeling lifted and drinkable. Medium-bodied and quietly charming, it works beautifully with charcuterie, roast chicken with herbs, duck breast, lentil dishes, mushroom risotto, or tomato-based pasta.
