Delicate aromas of wild red fruits, strawberry, blue flowers and violet petal aromas. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a smooth, slightly sweet entry and a long, enveloping finish. The texture gained from time on the fine lees adds volume and elegance. Pairings are wonderfully versatile—excellent with tapas, seafood, sushi, pasta, light rice dishes, fresh goat cheese or blue cheese, and makes for a charming aperitif or casual sipper. Crafted by Bodegas Tandem, a modern winery founded in 2003, it reflects the freshness and high-altitude character of Navarra’s Yerri Valley.
