Loire Valley, France — 100% Pinot Noir
On the nose there are bright aromas of strawberry, raspberry and hints of red-berry candy; on the palate it’s crisp, juicy and refreshing with red-berry fruit flavours balanced by a clean, slightly mineral finish. This rosé works wonderfully on its own on a warm afternoon or with light dishes — try it alongside fresh shellfish (oysters, shrimp), seafood salads, soft-cheese platters or a simple chicken-and-herb salad. The wine comes from a family-owned estate in the heart of the Loire, with roots dating back to 1789. Winemaking is modern and clean: grapes are mechanically harvested, fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and the wine spends about 5 months in tank.
