A vibrant pink hue with aromatic notes of blackberry, violets, and rhubarb, underscored by a distinct mineral character. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance between fruitiness and minerality, with refreshing acidity and a crisp finish. This wine pairs excellently with light appetizers, seafood dishes, salads, and soft cheeses. Serving chilled enhances its refreshing qualities. Produced in the calcareous-clay vineyards of Predappio in Emilia-Romagna, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperature, then aged on lees for 4–5 months to preserve vibrancy and texture while maintaining energetic acidity typical of Sangiovese rosés in the region.
