Perfect for a warm summer evening! It also goes well with shrimp skewers, tuna niçoise, smoked trout, or olives and anchovies. Made under the guidance of Olivier Deforges, Fruit includes young estate Tibouren vines and grape sourcing from longtime growers in La Crau and Carqueiranne. Aged two months on fine lees before bottling. No oak, no malolactic fermentation.
