Aragón, Spain - 100% Garnacha Blanca
Clean and expressive aromas of oily lemon peel, white flowers, waxy apples, cantaloupe melon, pear, and jasmine. Flavours of white peach, pear, citrus, enriched by subtle notes of fresh herbs and white flowers. From a single vineyard at high altitude, a mountain vineyard, hand-harvested and then vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of fruit and then we let it rest on fine lees for 4 months to create texture and aromatics.
Pairing Suggestions: Great on it's own as an aperitif! Otherwise try it with light salads, barbecued white meats like poultry or pork. Though I wouldn't disregard some spicy fried chicken. YUM! Soft and creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert even Jarlsberg for a slightly firmer cheese (great on chicken burgers).
