Sicily, Italy – Blend of local white varietals
Aromas of orchard fruit, green apple and ripe pear followed by lemon and a touch of white blossom. The palate follows through cleanly, light-bodied but genuinely lively, with crisp acidity carrying the fruit, and then a faint citrus-pith bitterness on the finish. Perfect with seafood dishes, grilled fish, light salads, or as a refreshing aperitif chilled at 10–12 °C. Produced by Cantine Patria, located on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in the Patrìa region. The estate also makes Etna DOC wines from Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Carricante.
