Anjou, Loire Valley, France - 100% Chenin Blanc
Aromas of red apples, quince, and white lilies underpinned by subtle hints of wet slate and fresh green herbs. The palate opens with citrus zest, sun-ripened apricots, and wild honey, laced with a delicate mineral undertone. A hint of pear and chamomile adds complexity. A well integrated 12.5% abv. This wine was made by using organic practices.
Pairing Suggestions: Delightful on its own, this wine is a versatile companion at the table. Pair it with goat cheese salads, fish draped in a creamy sauce, herb-roasted pork, or succulent chicken dishes. It's also a lovely match with seafood risottos, mushroom-based dishes, and mildly spiced Asian cuisines.
