Fragrant notes of green apple, pear, and white peach mingle with almond blossom and a distinctive smoky minerality derived from Somló’s volcanic soils. The palate is dry, layered and vibrant, balanced by a broad texture and subtle lees influence. Orchard fruit and citrus flavours, lifted by saline and a faint almond character that carries into a long finish. Pair with roasted poultry, grilled river fish, creamy goat cheese.
