A skin-contact (orange) wine made from the rare Sideritis grape, this organic expression pours a pale copper-orange. Aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, laurel, and fresh herbs lead into a vibrant, textured palate marked by high acidity, a whisper of sea salt, and a long, herbal-spicy finish with saffron nuance. Slightly wild yet beautifully balanced. Enjoy with seafood, roast poultry with lemon and herbs, creamy goat cheese, or spiced lentil dishes.
Founded by the Spanos brothers and Panayiotis Papagiannopoulos, set on the limestone slopes of Mount Helmos.
