Aromatic fresh aromas of lemon zest, green apple, ripe pear, and wet stone with subtle floral lift. Bright with citrus, orchard fruit, and a distinct saline-mineral edge. Medium-plus body with textured lees followed by a clean finish. Delcious with Grilled octopus, oysters, ceviche, lemon chicken, feta salads, or grilled white fish.
