Aromas of white flowers, mango, papaya, and lychee lead into a lush palate showcasing melon, pineapple, honeysuckle, and Key lime. Balanced mid-palate with steely focus and a clean, mineral finish. Perfect with sushi, shellfish, herb-roasted chicken, or creamy pastas. Predominantly fermented (85%) in stainless steel with a portion (15%) aged in neutral French oak. Bottled after aging on fine lees to add texture and depth.
