Aromas of white flower, ripe pear, peach, and lemon. On the palate it is full, but well balanced, with lemon, grapefruit, pear, stone fruits, and tropical flavours. 13.5% abv.
Pairing Suggestion: Great on it's own while reading your favourite book with a side of buttery popcorn. Otherwise try it with buttery crustaceans seafood and even halibut and cod, or chicken breast in a mushrooms or leeks in cream sauce...If you can get your hands on "gougères" (puff pastry mixed with cheese) it is amazing.
