JACQUIE STROM

Presents Pelvic Floor Health - Managing Those Little "Accidents" (Approximately 7:30PM)

Jacquie, a personal trainer, pelvic floor specialist, and mother of four, founded OnCore Fitness eight years ago while pregnant with her youngest child. Her professional journey began through her own postpartum challenges after delivering twins and undergoing surgery for an umbilical hernia. During her second pregnancy, she discovered the critical importance of pelvic floor function —an insight that would shape her career. Frustrated by the lack of quality information available on core and pelvic floor health, she committed to becoming part of the solution. She has since developed expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation, helping individuals overcome incontinence and regain confidence through evidence-based strategies. Her practice expanded to include osteoporosis prevention, where she advocates for proactive bone density development and educates clients about the importance of early intervention for bone health. She guides women through physical transitions like menopause with targeted strength-building protocols. Before establishing her family and fitness practice, she embraced culinary adventures and global travel, experiences that inform her holistic approach to wellness. With her husband's steadfast support, she has built a practice dedicated to helping people recognize and achieve their physical potential.

Why This Event Matters

Women’s health is often overlooked, with millions facing barriers to proper diagnosis, treatment, and essential healthcare resources.

💡 Did you know?
🔹 Only 38% of women worldwide have been screened for cervical cancer in their lifetime.
🔹 Women often wait 10+ years for an accurate diagnosis of chronic conditions.
🔹 Over 500 million people lack access to menstrual products and hygiene facilities.

As part of Women’s Health Week, we’re raising awareness, challenging stigmas, and supporting a great cause. Let’s sip, learn, and take action together!
