From the zesty alpine freshness of northern Italy and the razor‑sharp finesse of French classics, to the soft, textural charm of Mediterranean whites and the refined ease of Burgundy, all the way to the luxurious, full‑bodied styles that both countries craft so beautifully — this tasting highlights contrast, character, and craftsmanship.
A cheese and charcuterie platter will accompany the tasting as you sip, compare, and inevitably start defending your favourites.
