Date: Sunday, April 12th
Time: 12PM - 2PM
Join us for a guided introduction to the art of tasting wine.
In this beginner-friendly experience, we’ll explore how your senses work together — sight, smell, and palate — so you can better understand what you’re tasting and why. You’ll learn how to identify key aromas, structure, and flavour cues, while gaining confidence in describing what’s in your glass.
We’ll also introduce several noble grape varieties, helping you recognize their classic characteristics so you can spot them again in the future.
This tasting runs Sunday, April 12th from 12pm to 2pm. There’s a reason we’re tasting earlier in the day — our senses are often sharper before meals, allowing you to experience aromas and flavours more clearly. If you are able to, I recommend planning lunch afterward, though there is a curated cheese and charcuterie board served during the tasting to complement the wines.
If you’ve ever said “I don’t know what I’m supposed to be tasting,” this is for you.
