OOOOOMG, we are so excited for this one! This has become a true winter tradition, and not just among the French. It’s an absolute “I’ve survived winter this far” celebration. If you’ve never had raclette before, this is your moment. If you’re already a seasoned raclette aficionado… well, why wouldn’t you be here?
It’s going to be a deliciously indulgent night of ooey gooey melted cheese, charcuterie, pickled gherkins, and of course, incredible wines to pair with every bite — and we won’t just pour them. We’ll break down why each pairing works, how acidity cuts richness, how aromatics lift the cheese, and how texture makes all the difference. A cozy, geeky, delicious night all in one.
