Pack your palate, fasten your corkscrews and join our wine adventure on Wednesday, February 18th on the theme: Around the World in Seven Pinot Noirs! This whimsical tasting journey will hope to demonstrate that this grape is as versatile as a Swiss passport. From the misty valleys of Oregon to the sun-kissed slopes of Chile, from Burgundy’s elegant classics to New Zealand’s cheeky upstarts, each pour will whisk you somewhere new…but without the jet lag.
Expect laughter, lively conversation, and perhaps a few debates over which Pinot pairs best with your favourite foods, or in this case a nice charcuterie and cheese board from Peasant.
Whether you’re a seasoned oenophile or simply curious why Pinot Noir is called the “heartbreak grape,” this evening promises delight, discovery, and just enough tannins to keep things interesting.
Seats are limited – only 12 – so reserve yours before the cork pops!
