Its light body and fresh fruit make this Kadarka versatile at the table. Heimann & Fiai has been a pillar of Szekszárd winemaking, rescuing native grapes like Kadarka from near extinction and championing small-parcel, terroir-driven bottlings. The Porkoláb-völgy site on loess and iron-rich clay sees warm, windy exposures that favour Kadarka’s delicate structure. This wine is aged in amphorae with minimal sulphur to retain purity and aromatic lift reflective of Hungarian heritage.
