Light ruby colour in the glass with bright red-plum, nectarine and sour cherry aromatics leading into a playful palate where juicy red fruit and gentle herbal spice interplay with soft acidity and delicate tannins, finishing clean and refreshing. Its light body and fresh fruit make this Kadarka versatile at the table. Pair with roast pork tenderloin, grilled chicken with herbs, mushroom tart, duck confit sliders or grilled vegetable flatbread with balsamic glaze.

Heimann & Fiai has been a pillar of Szekszárd winemaking, rescuing native grapes like Kadarka from near extinction and championing small-parcel, terroir-driven bottlings. The Porkoláb-völgy site on loess and iron-rich clay sees warm, windy exposures that favour Kadarka’s delicate structure. This wine is aged in amphorae with minimal sulphur to retain purity and aromatic lift reflective of Hungarian heritage.
