Richly textured this Beaujolais bursts with intense black-cherry and blueberry compote, subtle spice, and earthy bramble. Plush and concentrated, it combines juicy fruit purity with a gentle oak overlay and finishes long with mellow tannins. Pair with roasted chicken, grilled lamb, charcuterie, mushroom risotto, or duck breast; it’s elegant yet hearty. Hand-harvested from 1 ha of 100‑ and 120‑year-old vines grown on granitic soils.
