Aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and white pepper, complemented by hints of wildflowers and herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a chalky minerality and a touch of spice, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. Organically farmed from vineyard parcels around Langenlois. 30% underwent skin contact with stems overnight, while 70% were whole-bunch pressed over five hours. Fermentation was spontaneous with wild yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine was matured for five months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Try it with asparagus, artichokes, and spicy Asian cuisine.
