Fresh and aromatic on the nose, with intense notes of ripe grapefruit, citrus, peach, and delicate floral hints of jasmine and plumeria. On the palate it is crisp and vivid, with bright apple and pear flavours, a steely mineral backbone, and a clean finish with a lovely hint of salinity. A great match for oil-based pasta dishes, grilled salmon or chicken salads, soft cheeses, and seafood. Grapes are hand-selected from the best sustainably farmed vineyards in Coteaux de Béziers, where offshore winds balance the warm Mediterranean climate, allowing fruit complexity to develop while preserving natural acidity.
