The palate is bright and intensely flavoured with crisp acidity, tropical fruit, fresh citrus, and a clean, mineral, structured finish. The vineyard sits 30 km from the Pacific in Lolol, where a white morning mist (humo blanco) settles daily, keeping the grapes cool and acid-driven before burning off.
