The palate is fresh and rounded, showing ripe orchard fruit, subtle tropical notes, and a gentle mineral finish. Fermentation is typically done in stainless steel with lees contact to enhance texture while maintaining aromatic purity. Pair with grilled fish, seafood, or Mediterranean dishes.
Erivolos Fthia is a small, family-run “garage” winery located in the Kallidromo mountains of Phthiotis, where all stages of production are carefully controlled by the family.
