Elgin Valley, & Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, South Africa — 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Aromas of melon, lychee, passion fruit and ripe nectarine lead, followed by pink grapefruit and freshly squeezed lime. The palate is mouth-filling yet restrained, driven by bright acidity and a mineral backbone. Lees contact adds subtle mid-palate texture without weight. Serve chilled with asparagus, scallops, grilled line fish, prawns, sushi, or Thai-inspired dishes that echo the citrus lift and maritime freshness. The grapes comes from cool maritime sites with sandstone and shale soils.
