An elegant nose features delicate hints of wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and roses. On the palate, it offers a pleasant freshness with a good balance. Fine and continuous perlage enhances the experience, leading to a long persistence. Perfect as an apperitif or along side charcuterie with salami and brie, as well as fresh shrimp cocktail, or sushi.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 15°C for nearly 15 days, followed by a secondary fermentation in closed tanks for approximately two months.
