Made by the Méthode Ancestrale technique. It presents as a delicate salmon colour in the glass, with aromas of rose petals and cranberry alongside a surprising hazelnut character. On the palate, a subtle fruitiness of crushed strawberry and raspberry with a hint of orange peel and pine nut. Fine, lively bubbles and a bone-dry finish make this completely irresistible.
Wonderful on its own. Also great with charcuterie, fresh goat cheese, oysters, smoked salmon, or light fruit-forward desserts. Serve very well chilled and enjoy every sip.
