Intense ruby with violet highlights, the wine opens with delicate aromas of violet, raspberry, cherry, sweet spice, and a hint of vanilla and wet stone. The palate is lively and fresh, with juicy red fruit, fine tannins, saline lift and a pleasantly bitter finish that makes it thirst-quenching and inviting. Delicious with pasta al pomodoro, grilled sausages, vegetable soups, legumes, cold cuts, or moderately ripe cheese. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with skin maceration for around ten days in stainless steel. Aged exclusively in steel, embracing freshness and purity. No oak.
