Ribera del Duero, Spain – 100% Tempranillo
Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, violet and fennel lead into a plush palate of crème de cassis, dark plum, licorice and subtle mocha. The finish is long and polished, with fine tannins, spicy oak and a hint of earth. Delicious with grilled rib‑eye, roasted lamb, wild mushroom risotto, or aged Manchego. Old-vine Tempranillo (60–85 years) is fermented with native yeasts, then aged 8–10 months in 80% French and 20% American oak before bottle ageing. A customer favourite!
