Aromas of violet, blackberry, cassis, black cherry, lavender, cocoa, and subtle vanilla spice. Full-bodied and layered with concentrated dark fruit, silky tannins, and a finely structured core. Flavours of blackcurrant, plum, and blueberry are lifted by fresh acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish. Perfect with grilled steak, lamb chops, braised short ribs, empanadas, roasted vegetables, and aged cheeses.
Select vineyard lots across elevations, each parcel is harvested separately, fermented with wild yeasts, and aged in French oak barrels for up to 18 months.
