
Bourgueil AOC, Loire Valley, France – 100% Cabernet Franc
A youthful Cabernet Franc that bursts with aromas of violet, raspberry, and red currant, complemented by subtle herbaceous and earthy notes. On the palate, it's fresh and juicy, with light tannins and a savoury finish. Serve slightly chilled. Ideal pairings include charcuterie, grilled vegetables, or even a hearty fish stew. Sourced from 20-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo an 18-day maceration with native yeasts at low temperatures to extract primary aromas. The wine is aged in large wooden vats until spring and bottled with minimal sulfur.
