Sourced from vineyards rooted in three distinct soil types Kimmeridgian marl, Barrois limestone, and flint clay. This cuvée highlights the range of 3 terroir expressions within Pouilly Fumé. Aromas of white flowers, lemon rind, ripe peach and apricot rise from the glass, underpinned by a stony mineral edge. The palate is precise and lively with citrus and white fruit carried on a chiselled frame. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, pan fried scallops, or roast chicken with herbs.
