Burgundy, France — 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Aromas of white peach, citrus zest, and blackcurrant blossom lead, with a flicker of fresh herbs and a clean limestone snap. On the palate it’s bright and saline, with juicy orchard fruit, brisk acidity, and a light leesy texture that keeps it lifted. Pair with asparagus and hollandaise, oysters, sushi, goat cheese crostini, grilled prawns, or fish tacos. Also great with herby salads, lemony pasta, and roast chicken.
Saint Bris is Burgundy’s rare Sauvignon Blanc AOC, just a few miles from Chablis. Fruit is cold settled then fermented in stainless steel, then aged on lees for about four months to keep aromatics and freshness.
