Fresh and lively with slight fizz. Aromas of green apple, quince, citrus fruits, and orange blossoms. Flavours of fresh lemon, crunchy green apple, ripe nectarines, and a mineral finish. Feels like summer next to the Atlantic! Great on it's own, however try it with fresh oysters, scallops, white fish tacos or sashimi. also bruschetta with pesto and salty green olives. Great with spicy dishes like Pad Thai, or grilled lime chicken with chillies.
