Pairing Suggestion: Purposely meant to accompany cuisine, it is delicious with Turkey with cranberry sauce! But also enjoyed with smoked meats, duck, and strong creamy red rind cheeses. Pair with a baked ham accompanied by farm fresh roasted potatoes and an aioli dip, or a casual lunch of a Ruben sandwich. Yum!
